Download Office 365 ProPlus FREE via Office 365 (5 licenses for desktop/mobile) at myoffice.mdc.edu.

The software must be removed from all personal computers if you leave the College or if you dispose of the computer. Use your MDC computer account credentials (i.e., jsmith@mdc.edu) to log into the sites.

Obtain 1TB of online storage for documents, photos, and videos. It is accessible via mobile devices. Note that online storage such as OneDrive provides, no privacy protection. Therefore, DO NOT STORE personal information (social security number, passwords, etc.) on OneDrive.

Please follow the steps below to access Microsoft OneDrive online storage and Office Online application software, provided FREE by the college.

Office Onedrive 365

  1. Enter the website: myoffice.mdc.edu.
  2. Provide your MDC credentials: user_name@mdc.edu and password.
  3. A screen similar to the one below should appear after login.
  4. To access your online storage, click the OneDrive button or click the OneDrive menu item in the upper right corner of the browser.
  5. You may also select Office Online versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
  6. Note, when using any online storage, DO NOT STORE personal information (social security number, passwords, etc.) or any documents or files containing similar or personal information.
