Whenever I visit a non-English webpage in Firefox (Quantum v58.0.2 x64 on Windows 10 Pro x64), the translate toolbar appears. I click 'Translate', and it immediately fails, every time. Is this a problem with FF or the Microsoft Translate API? If it is a problem with MS, is there a way to make FF use the Google Translate API?
I have attached a 'Before' and 'After' screenshot. This issue also occurs in Safe Mode.

Mouseover translation mode allows you to see the translation by hovering your mouse over the original text. The translation for the highlighted segment will be displayed in a pop-up window.
To get the webpage translated using the Mouseover Translation mode, do one of the following:
- use the context menu ImTranslator: Translator, Dictionary, TTS, then select Mouseover translation to
- or use the shortcuts Alt+M (default)
Can Firefox Translate Web Pages
When you choose the Mouseover translation mode, hover your mouse over the original text, and the translation for the highlighted segment will be displayed in a pop-up window.
